DENVER, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Delta Petroleum Corporation (Nasdaq: DPTR), an independent oil and gas exploration and development company ("Delta" or the "Company"), announced today that it has retained Morgan Stanley and Evercore Partners to evaluate and advise the Board of Directors on strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value. This will include, but not be limited to, exploring the sale of some or all of the Company's assets, partnerships and joint venture opportunities, and the sale of the entire Company.

There is no assurance that this review will result in Delta changing its business plan, pursuing any particular transaction, or, if it pursues any such transaction, that it will be completed. Hola Nicolas, efectivamente el agua del rio va por ahí, pero de momento solo es un rumor, por lo tanto tocaremos madera, no sea que la quieran más barata, caso de confirmarse y nos tiren a nosostros a ese rio.

Hola super.yo tambien estoy metido en DPTR, a 0,92,y veo como la meten caña cuando sube un poco,lo que he leido es que han contrtado a MORGAN STANLEY para buscar fusiones o vender la compania,a lo mejor es el motivo de no dejar subir el precio.RZ RASER TECNOLOGIES te dice algo.MUCHAS GRACIAS TU TRABAJO ES INMEJORABLE UN SALUDO

Venga Super, que los dioses te oigan que esta la llevo en cartera desde buen precio(sobre 7$, y me tiene que salvar de otras "picias" de quiebras)y esperemos verla facilmente cerca de los 25 (por pedir que no quede :)).
